RANDOM SHOTS AROUND MY HOMETOWN, JUNE 31st

It's June, 31st.. the eve of our harvest festival celebration, The Gawai Dayak Day. Everyone was rushing here and there to do their last minute shopping. Many were unlucky since the ATMs were all out of money!..Hahahaha.... Me included! So, I decided to carry my camera and took some shots. Here they are. Hope you enjoy them.

    Good effort....... didn't know you could move Hari Gawai to July this year.

    Comments. 1st photo..... a cropped version would be nice.

    Mummy and child, maybe make the fonts smaller, I do feel it is a bit distracting to what you want to convey from your shot....... rizal

    No, rizraz, Gawai must be on June, 1st. If it's moved to July, there better be some good reasons for it.

    As for that mummy and child, yup you are right there. I, too felt distracted by the fonts. Actually, I was trying to make a point to one of my friend who was trying to make a card out of a single photo. Maybe I should move the photo and put the ori one.
